2.How much does it cost for a block of IP addresses

3.What is the difference between the Broadband Home and Teleworker accounts?

The teleworker account is used for mid-level, (ie not home of business)
However teleworker pro has better contention

4.Can I buy a modem from your separately as I forgot when I signed up and my account is now active?

The only products we offer after signup are the wireless products/kits.

5.My account with AOL is set to be cancelled in 2 days, but I want to migrate to you without having any downtime - can you help?

Cease the cancel
Firstly do not cancel your account if you want to move your service. It is only possible to do so from an active account. If your account is cancelled your transfer will fail and you will have to order your broadband service again, which may involve a week or more without service. Get a MAC key from your existing provider and know what BT connection product your service is based on, then you are ready to move to PlusNet. MAC key valid for 30 days
Once you have moved to PlusNet you will automatically be regraded to your new speed or contention rate within 5-7 days.
Please note; a fee of £14.99 is charged if you choose a PlusNet product based on a different speed or contention rate to your existing service. This covers the cost of regrading your BT phone line.

6.How much does it cost to register a .co.uk domain with you. Do you handle all the renewals, and how much would that cost?

The cost to register a .co.uk domain is 45.00 exc VAT/ 52.88 incl VAT. Domains will be renewed automatically unless the customer has chosen not to have this done through the My Domains section of the portal prior to the invoice being raised for renewal. For renewal we will contact you to pay us using credit card details as direct debit can not be used for one off payments transfer to us .co.uk no fee
.com 15 plus VAT as more difficult process.

7.If I am migrating in what options do I have in terms of contracts, how much does it cost, and will it cost me anything if I don't like the service and decide to cancel.

Firstly you have to come over on same speed.
It's free to move to a PlusNet broadband product based on your existing BT product type. This means to a service with the same speed and contention rate as your existing account. Please note; a fee of £14.99 is charged if you choose a PlusNet product based on a different speed or contention rate to your existing service. This covers the cost of regrading your BT phone line. Also note; if you cancel your service with us before the end of the 12-month minimum period, a moving fee of £14.99 (inc. VAT) will be charged, in addition to any other fees that may be payable. Within 45 days if you are not satisfied you can move to another ISP and we'll pay for this

8.What is the PlusNet guarantee and what do I get from it?

All of our broadband products come with a unique guarantee: if you're new to PlusNet, you'll get a relaxing 45-days to experience our broadband service to find out if it's right for you. If you're not completely satisfied during this time, we'll pay for you to change to another broadband provider. This is located on the portal homepage.
